The aim of Opal & Olive is to capture life and its most authentic moments in a way that preserves timeless memories.
My approach to photography accentuates both light and earthy tones, drawing from the creamy whites of an opal and the somber browns and greens of the olive tree.
When coming up with a name for my business, I wanted something that would tell my story. As this is my goal in photography; to tell a story.
The name Opal and Olive is significant because the opal gem is the stone for my wedding ring, and olive stems from the origin of my maiden name, Olivas, which means olive in Spanish.
Much like how Opal & Olive represents my story, the images you get back will accurately depict your cherished moments.
